You can be guaranteed that your credit card details are processed using the most current and secure encryption technology from DirectOne, the CamTech e-commerce system approved by the Australian banks.
Ink Sales Plus does not keep records of your credit card details. In fact, your credit card details are never seen by us, only by the e-commerce facility provider (DirectOne / Camtech) and the Bank. Ink Sales PLUS+ only receives advice that the transaction has been approved.
To ensure your privacy and peace of mind, we at Ink Sales PLUS guarantee that your personal details and credit card information will never willingly or knowingly be given, passed on or sold to any third party (unless required under Australian law).
We ask that you do not fax us any credit card details as faxes can go astray, giving your details to an unintended recipient or third party.
For your protection, due to the value of your order and often no-one at home during the day, we send your order by Registered Post (unless other arrangements are made). You will usually receive notification from Australia Post to collect your order from your local Post Office (which will require you to provide some personal identification).
