purchases within 30 days and receive an exchange only, no questions asked.
We only require that the product be returned in good order and original
condition with unopened packaging - this is essential.
PLEASE NOTE - All Ink Sales PLUS "Bulk Inks" and all "paper" products
from our range - Celcast, InkTec, Apollo and the Ink Sales PLUS range
are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Returns Form
Please note that ALL returns must be accompanied by our Goods Return
Form quoting our Goods Return NUMBER. The Goods Return Form and Number
is obtained by contacting the Ink Sales PLUS Customer Service Centre
(info@inksalesplus.com.au or by telephone on (03) 9733 1870 or Fax on
(03) 9723 2128). The Goods Return Form sets out purchase details including
Invoice / Receipt number, date, reason for return and what you would
like to happen. Please fill out the Returns Form complete with our GRN
(Goods Return Number) and include it with the product(s) being returned.
Please pack and send the returned product carefully as no exchange
can be made if the goods are not returned unopened and in good order
and condition. Refunds InkSalesPLUS.com.au does not offer monetary refunds
- we will exchange certain products only.
